I was very satisfied with the service. I liked how fast my flowers were delivered.
Delivered right on time!
Website asked to pick a card, then had you complete info. When in confirm of order, you had to enter card all again. Uoon delivery, the card never listed what type it was; just the message and signature. Why ask to chose what type of card if it's not listed or reflected on the card?
Otherwise, all was great; flowers were beautiful and delivered as promised.

I wish that I could actually rate the quality of the flowers, but unfortunately I can only rate the poor service because the flowers were never actually delivered. I ordered these recently for my grandfathers funeral. Keep in mind that I ordered them 5 days prior to the service. I was contacted by customer service 15 minutes after they should have arrived at the funeral home to say the delivery was not going to be possible because they couldn't find a florist to deliver them (in a busy city). They offered to have them delivered to my grandfather's house instead ( in the same city?). Clearly having them delivered to his house wasn't what I wanted. So 33 minutes prior to his service beginning, I found a local florist( there are actually many of them) to save us from the disappointment of not having flowers for our grandfathers funeral. This company is not trustworthy.

So far it's been an easy process. One thing I like on other sites is when you can see a picture of what the different levels of arrangements look like. Makes it easier to know if you want to add more flowers to the order or not.
