As much as they cost you wold think the flowers would be in a better condition. Next time I'll just run to walk mart.

Ordered for our Granddaughter for Graduation. We flew up to see the ceremony and actually got to see the flowers that we've been sending for birthdays etc. for the first time. They were absolutely lovely and perfect for a young lady. Very well pleased.
The item delivered to my friend was beautiful--exactly like what I ordered. It was a same day delivery and it arrived at her hime within 1.5 hours of ordering it. So far, I am very satisfied with the florists used in GA, NY, TX.
I have ordered from them numerous times and never disappointed. This order was ontime and beautiful as usual. The only thing I didn't understand was that I had 2 orders going to the same address so I thought being charged handling and delivery fee twice was kind of ridiculous but maybe it has nothing to do with them and it's the florist charging those fees. Wonderful experience and will use them for all my flower needs.

The flowers were delivered on time, but they were not delivered as an arrangement. They were delivered by UPS, squished into a box, and you have to arrange them yourself. Because they were delivered by UPS, there is no excuse for the extra $10 for Saturday delivery. The "card," by the way, is just a little piece of paper. I also can't figure out why the red vase cost an extra $10. It was something you could get at Walmart for $3.

Really upset about this item not arriving as shown and as explained in the photo on your wed site! I, just by looking at the photo and reading description in of H x W x D I could have produced an exact one as shown in your photo! For 1/3 or less. It would have been a wonderful price if they would have gotten right and followed the exact H x W X D they really missed the boat! By 21" in H and by 16" in W., the depth was on point, close anyway! But missing almost 2 feet in H and another foot and half in W., really was veryyy disappointing to say the least! :( I would call is a good attempt but not what was shown or expected when I spent 100.00 :( it's really too bad! Please include shipping and handling price before the final checkout. When I go to PayPal I expect that to be the final amount, not to have $20 more tacked on after I've already committed. Otherwise I was pleased. Got them delivered to my mom and she loved them.
