The irises' I ordered WERE NOT BLOOMED! VERY DISAPOINTED SINCE I HAD THEM DELIVERED TO MY SISTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY. I will not use this website again. I know pictures are deceiving but this was ridiculous considering there were only yellow tulips, I picked this particular bouqet because of how the purple and yellow looked together. She only got a few yellow tulips and the rest green unbloomed irises.

Price reasonable. Extra fees expensive. My daughter sent a pic of flowers she received. Did not look at all like the flowers we selected. It looked like someone stuck a few flowers in a vase. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
