Wish the personalized card was typed not hand written. Other then that, they were beautiful.
No snags or having to retype anything which is great when in a hurry. Plus the delivery was absolutely beautiful as I was told by the recipient.
The price was reasonable but the delivery charge was kind of high. It was nice to be able to order on line though and have it shipped next day. I did not see the flowers in person, but the person sent a picture to me and they looked like the picture on the website.

We sent the flowers to a hospital in Arkansas and failed to give you the room number but they were received and looked good according to a niece that reported to me. Thanks for doing a good job and filling our need.
Price of flowers were reasonable but did not like that there was a 14.99 handling fee on top of the delivery charge added at the end. Price of flowers should reflect the total price with the handling fee included.
I chose the arrangement for my daughter because I liked the vase and the two-tone pink ribbon that was around it (as pictured). Although the flowers were fine, they were not arranged in the type of vase that was pictured nor were there any ribbons around the vase. The flowers were delivered the day after I had requested. They were reasonably priced.
I sent note to the email address,asking for delivery change date and thanking them for all the help.
It would be good to have a telephone number on your sale page.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
