Very disappointed with my order, it was supposed to arrive the day before it actually did which was his actual birthday, I kept trying to track my order and it would just say out for delivery, when I actually was able to call I was put on hold for over 20minutes to find out that there was a problem and that this would not get delivered until the next day. While they tried to say they would credit me the delivery fee and give me a discount does not help the fact that he received Happy Birthday balloons on the day that was not even his birthday!

I have ordered flowers before that were very accurate to the photo at from you flowers. However, this particular order did not contain all the flowers a premium selection was depicted as containing. I paid way too much for a very small bouquet. I am very disappointed.
I wish the pictures didn't show the deluxe but then upcharge when you click on it to actually pay for what you see.

Hiding the delivery charge until the final payment page turned a joyful shopping experience into anger over the apparent "Bait & switch". It's unlikely I will shop here again. Adding to this was an addition $7.99 charge to delivery prior to noon (which I did not select).
The order did arrive on the scheduled day, but not until 5pm. (If this was being delivered to a business, I'd be very skeptical of them arriving prior to closing.) While the roses did meet the description on the website, quite a few already had brown edges. Most have seemed to bloom over the days following delivery, which was a relief.
The most disappointing factor was the bouquet in the vase did not at all resemble the online sample photo. The photo showed a very full and complete arrangement. However, the dozen roses arrived with virtually no greenery to make for a "full" arrangement. Rather, it was simply 12 stems in a vase that accounted for roughly only 1/3 of the vase. Please show more realistic photos or send smaller vases.

Ordered flowers for my Anniversary, they tried to drop them off when my wife ran out for coffee, dident even try to call or anything.
Asked for my money back and they did send a refund but they did not not say anything like sorry we dident get your wife the flowers you ordered for her special day!
What is the $14.99 handling fee for? That was not acceptable but too late to shop around.
Everything else was excellent except i can't get over the $14.99 handling charge.
