1. We had asked for a clear glass vase whereas the one delivered was pink
2. There were only two roses, whereas the photo at the time of ordering showed 5 roses.

Sent these flowers to my daughter for her birthday. Ordered from Canada. Sent to New Haven CT. My daughter tells me that these flowers arrived wilted and lasted one day. Very disappointed with the quality of your flowers. Think you owe us a replacement order that is fresh.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
