I ordered for the birthday of my best friend. She sent me a pic and said it made her day. I chose the bouquet that was up to the florist to create. Ended up with a vase full of pink sweetheart roses, nice choice, her favorite color happens to be pink!
Great follow-up! Flowers were for my granddaughter who was taking part in a pageant. My daughter reported that the flowers arrived on time and were a wonderful surprise. I thought that they were a little bit overpriced, but the service and quality was very good - I seem to have gotten what I paid for.
I work at a company with tight budgets for gifts. When I found this site & was thrilled because their prices were so low. I place the order on the 19th for same day delivery. Today is the 26th & still no flowers. I on on hold for the second time with them about this. I just want a refund at this point. They keep trying to placate me by offering a "free" upgrade. I eventually got the refund & the rep was very nice about it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
