I was not pleased with the size of the arrangement. It was very small in relevant to the picture I saw on the screen when I chose the price I wished to pay. It was not full and I was not happy for the total price I paid. It looked like a bunch of flowers I could have bought in the grocery store for $10.00 or!5.00. When you choose a certain price the picture should reflect what the size of the arrangement will look like.
The shipping/processing time is what amazed me the most. I had ordered the delivery at 10:30 - 11 a.m. and the flowers had been delivered by 2 p.m., even though they had been delivered from a florist a few towns over. They were also very vibrant and very nicely decorated, and I was quite pleased.

They look beautiful from the pic I received from recipient. But we chose the purple arrangement because we liked the purple colors & arrangement. Looks mostly pink colors.
It said it would deliver within 4hrs and got it almost at 5pm which by that time the person that was supposed to get it was already gone, so a bit dissapointed at the delivery time. Also, all the flowers are completely closed

I ordered flowers Friday morning around 9am. I put a rush and same day service on my order. The flowers were never delivered friday. Called and the immediately offered me a 20% discount and 10% off next order and they would be delivered within 4 hrs of the florist being open on Monday. They didn't deliver and i called again. Customer service then started sticking up for there partner (the florist) and said they have till 1pm to have them delivered. It was 12:30pm. So i waited. Then at 1:30pm i called back again. Still got the same thing. They are out for delivery. Finally at 4:30pm they arrived so why did i pay for same day and expedited service? I have no idea. Never again will i ever use nor recommend them to anyone.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
