Not sure why u cant add a balloon for the dozen roses, other than a smily face. I wanted one get well balloon but not an option with this order, weird!
I was very disappointed in that the flowers that were delivered were not as advertised in the picture when I ordered them. I ordered the "You're in My Heart" premium arrangement of red roses and red carnations.
While the recipient did received red roses and red carnations...the product delivered was much much smaller than that in the picture. I immediately was not pleased. The picture shows a full, robust arrangement, whereas the one received was small and skimpy. I'm not happy with this at all.
Very good selection of products. One criticism regarding delivery choices; hospital should be added as a choice for delivery since there is no specific area to put room # when you check off delivery to business.

My boyfriend received them and sent me a pic after I asked. Looks nothing like the picture of the ones on the website. There were more leaves than there were flowers. Super disappointed.

Very good only one thing I wish I would have been aware of the handling fee.
The almost $15 handling fee was unexpected - figured it would be included in the price of the flowers. $31 arrangement turned into closer to $50. Everything else was great and they got there same day which I requested/paid for.

I was disappointed when my daughter sent me a picture of the arrangement after she received the flowers. Although she was pleasantly surprised, the arrangement looked far from what I ordered. I would like to send a picture of the arrangement to show why I am displeased. The flowers were poorly arranged, the color was off, The Gerber Daisies were wilted, and the vase was green instead of pink. I will not order through this site anymore.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
