Too bad there's not a chat bubble feature. I paid extra for a deluxe bouquet, but there's not an explanation for it. I ordered 6 balloons and paid extra. I'm not sure what the extra got me! After having received the order, I realize I paid extra for nothing. So you should notate that there is no difference between the lowest priced item and the highest. I would have thought that deluxe meant there would be more balloons included, even if they were regular balloons and not mylar.

What was delivered was a very sub par collection of inexpensive flowers when I paid for a bouquet of primarily orange roses. When I complained, a second deliver was made the next day, this time a tiny bunch of 4-5 flowers. I am very unhappy with the flowers that were delivered.

A little early in the process to ask for a review

Well that's the process is complete. I was disappointed that my wife received a notification from UPS the day before this in ruined the surprise. However, my conversation with my wife about this she says that she has asked UPS to warn her win a delivery has been made so it turned out to not be your fault. However I think it would be best if you are using UPS primarily to remind purchasers of surprise flowers to find out if UPS might be spoiling the occasion. My main disappointment is prior to knowing that this was the issue not caused by your company, I called to complain and received very little empathy.

Was originally quoted a price of $23.99 and with all the service charges and handling fees, my order is now $45.22. VERY Deceiving! Placed the order as I wanted to get my daughter flowers in time however, I will never use you guys again.

So, this is what I ordered? Looks like something I could buy from the grocery store for $10.00 and throw it in a vase! Really?

The flowers were a bit dry, but its summer and im sure it's because the UPS guy had them in his truck all morning in a hot summer day. Over all i really like the roses they are huge and smell really nice.
