I will be honest I appreciate the gift certificates that were sent to try to fix the issue with this order but to be really honest I was really disappointed in the flower arrangement. If I wanted a sugar cutter arrangement I would have picked 'smiling faces' from your list of options. But I didn't b/c from the description of the florist discretion it sounded like there would be a bigger and better bouquet of flowers being sent to my friend that would be original bouquet, but that wasn't the case. I think it threw me too b/c it was yellow and white and didn't fit my friend at all. It didn't look like a one of a kind at all. I know now to just pick out the prearranged one I like since she will be getting a non-original anyways. The bouquet also was suppose to be the upgrade and on the website today I see she got the one if I would have picked "smiley face" would have been $27.50 and I paid $52 with everything.
