I was shocked to see the $15.00 service/handling charge at the end without warning. I wonder if other online florists charge this much. It seems excessive! I recently ordered by phone from a florist in the Chicago area and there was no such charge.
The flowers arrived the day and time promised and my sister said they were beautiful, however, so no complaints there! I ordered the regular size surprise bouquet (i.e., whatever flowers they wanted to use), and despite not knowing what they would do, it turned out to be great.
I selected florist selection and upgraded to deluxe. Delivery was a day earlier than selected, which was fine but the arrangement looked nothing like any of the on site arrangements. In fact I paid with the delivery $7+ for each flower. I sent pictures and their own definitions of what I ordered and Customer Service response was a pat on the back but eventually they gave a small discount back, which was fine but what I wanted was a beautiful arrangement for my wife who is caring for her ailing mother. What she got was so so. I had a good experience the first time but that was when I ordered a specific arrangement. Disappointed in the florist and the response.

I found it difficult because I don't live in the states and it wouldn't let me place the state in Australia where I live on the form. I finally put down "Oregon" which is where the order is going so that I could complete the transaction.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
