After receiving the arrangement, we were very,very, dissatisfied. The arrangement we received was nowhere near what we ordered! We ordered the European Dish Garden planter, and cut flowers were delivered instead. It looked like the florist was pressed for time and just threw this thing together. I have a picture I am sending of what we received for comparison.
I placed an order fully prepaid for flowers to be delivered on the birthdate. They sent me confirm delivery mail on that day. After 2 days I checked and was shocked to learn that no flowers were delivered. I called them and they casually said sorry and delivered the flowers 3 days after my daughter's birthdate! I demanded refund because my gift was useless after birthday had lots gone. I have not received refund.

Did not personally see the flowers I ordered to see how closely they resembled the online picture but the recipient was pleased.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
