These were supposed to be Get Well flowers for my friend who had a serious operation. Your florist instead sent funeral flowers. My friend had to go to the florist to straighten it out. It was supposed to be a surprise. She didn't know I had sent them so it took them a while to figure it out. When I complained I was sent a 20% off coupon. Tell me why would I spend more money with your company when my order was messed up so bad?
The delivery fee was hidden until i was about to check out. I felt tricked. I had to find a free delivery coupon and then I lost my 25% off coupon. Pretty disappointed. Nice product though and timely delivery.

Shopping and ordering was very easy. Shipping costs are a bit high. The flowers arrived the day requested and were beautiful and chocolates were better than expected.

It was a surprise to discover at checkout that the price I was given was already the " discounted " price, and there was a pretty large handling fee! I would like to have that info listed earlier before I made my selection.
All flowers I've ordered so far have been fresh and beautiful and delivered timely, I have been very pleased with prior orders; however, this order did not contain flowers I had selected, and I was disappointed with the arrangement sent. It definitely was not up to my expectations based on prior orders, and especially disappointing since the order was for the birthday of a special niece in PA.
Unhappy - I got the flowers the very next day which was great but I ordered red flowers and got 1 yellow and the rest were a RED/Yellow mix. Price is way to much as $60+ as I could have just got them at Walmart for $14, so I'm not happy about that also. The custom Vase is nothing but a paper in it. I thought it would actually be the vase itself, so not happy about that also as I could have just printed a picture and done the same thing. Overall because of the price and delivery of wrong product I don't think I will be ordering from you guys anymore, Also since I used my Company's (Emerson) discount I will be reporting this to the company which has 4000+ employees to also not order from you guys.
