Love your site because it is so convenient. I called later to change address from hospital to home. The flowers went to the hospital anyway. The Florist may have missed the change. Had to be taken to patient's home by relatives.
I ordered these flowers for my best friend's birthday which is today. And while she received them, it was not a pleasant surprise. She sent me a picture right away and I was shocked with what I was seeing. I ordered premium service $56.98 total but the arrangement contains only 2 white roses, two white asiatic lilies, some monte casino and the rest is simply green foliage. A real disappointment. I want my money back and I'll never order from from you flowers again.

Quick to order but that's where my positive experience ended. The notifications were none. Order delivered but I was not notified. When I called service help the next day the operator could not reach the florist. Operator promised to contact me when a solution was found and have not heard back. Flowers did arrive but with no word. They did not look like what I spent good money on. No roses. No color theme.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
