The flower wasn't deliver on my Mom's actual birthday. It was delivered a day advance. I wasn't satisfied with the floral arrangement and the vase. I got the wrong impressions--I guess I expected more...Also, I expect more a professionally creative note.
I did not understand why it took three more days from the time I placed the order for it to be promised for delivery to my sister.
