When ordering don't use picture as reference, the picture shown is the deluxe product, but no where in their web site do they tell you this, I assumed when I chose the product the photo shown was what I was getting, I would have been more than happy to have paid $50 for flowers shown in photo, instead I got an arrangement that I could have bought in a grocery store for like$12, so don't assume the photo shown is what your getting because it is NOT! When I emailed them to complain they did offer a$15 coupon for my next order... Well next time I will know.

It was an easy process to view and order an item I wanted. The pricing was deceiving in that I didn't realize there was a handling charge based on the way the calendar dates to choose from.
The flowers were to be same day delivery and were not delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
