Received plant as promised but it was accompanied with a get well balloon which I did not order because she is not sick. The flowers on the plant was not the brilliant yellow as on your website. My mother thought the flowers on the plant were white or very light yellow.
The recipient loved the cookies said they were very tasty!

Not only did yoy deliver the flowers on time, I have had SO MANY compliments on the beauty of the arrangement. This was a sympathy arrangement, all white, and I was told they were stunning. So thank you greatly for your attention to aesthetics, compassion and customer service.
Wish I had seen this site before I ordered. The plant they delivered to my friend was not what I ordered. When she sent me a picture, I was embarrassed. I paid $49.99 for a European Dish Garden and she got 3 plants in a small basket.
I ordered from them because it said same day on their site. My friend was shot and lost her leg. She is possibly being transferred tomorrow so, it was IMPORTANT TO DELIVER TODAY! I ordered today at 2:30 I know they have to be ordered by 3pm for same day. I asked 3 times to confirrm today would not be a problem. My husband received and email from FlowersforYou at 4:02 saying they were sorry but could not delivery today and will tomorrow. I immediately call them and they wanted to give me 30% off and deliver tomorrow. I was on hold for 10 min to cancel and request a refund. I should have been given a free order! I could have went with someone else. I will NOT ORDER EVER AGAIN. I am also still awaiting for confirmation of cancellation and refund!
Prices should be clear is one price when you are selecting it and then a bunch of fees are added changing price completely. Flowers were different from described.

My daughter in law said the flowers were beautiful.
I submitted an order for my mother who lives in another state. Paid extra to have it delivered on her Birthday. The flowers were not delivered on the day promised. After multiple calls to customer service, the "flowers" were delivered TWO days later! The so called flowers look like they had been left in heat, they were dry, dropping over, and dying. Extremely poor poor condition. She was extremely disappointed! This has been an embarrassing experience and I will NEVER again order from this site.
Clear and precise ordering system
It was nice that I was able to find flowers that could be delivered the same day and in a timely manner. I was a little worried at first, thinking perhaps they wouldn't be delivered on time, or that I was going to have problems, but I was happy to see that they delivered them on time, same day. My mom loved the flowers and was amazed as well.
The answers on my survey depends on what is actually delivered and when delivered.
Used them many times for urgent matters and they have been great!

The website states "ARRANGEMENT" multiple times. The order confirmation email states "WE GUARANTEE THE FLORIST ARRANGED FLOWERS WILL BE DELIVERED TODAY"
The flowers arrived at my wife's office NOT arranged but in a box. Here is her gift from me and she is expected to stop working, open these boxes, trim the stems, arrange the flowers herself and add water to the vase. Nice way for my wife who is an executive to spend her time. I know she is too gracious to complain but had the company stated the flowers would NOT be arranged I would have never ordered from them.
The birthday cake shaped flowers gift was lovely according to my mother in law.
