You always offer wonderful arrangements at a fair price. And, if an order is incomplete (i.e. Supposed to be x amount of roses and isn't), From You Flowers will refund part of order that is missing and re-sends any order which isn't up to standards.
I'm supposed to get 20% off but I haven't seen it yet. And what's the $15 service charge? Why isn't it all up front on the pricing? The arrangement was pretty but not as large as the picture I ordered from online. And I ordered the upgraded version not the small. But it was still pretty.
WON'T KNOW FINAL OPTION UNTIL FLOWERS ARE DELIVERED. HOPE THEY LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PIC.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
