Overpriced!
It would have been nice to be able to select a 'range' of hours for the delivery to happen, to be sure the intended recipient would be home. Just selecting a date is hit-or-miss.
I had purchased an item to be delivered same day, however, I was informed at 7:00pm my time that it was not delivered and they would have it delivered as soon as possible the next day. I did follow up with their customer service, Linsday, who was very polite and professional and it ended up being delivered at 3:30-3:45. It missed the original day for delivery which was disappointing, however, the basket was perfect and much more than I expected!
