Only frustration was I picked bouquets that weren't available for the delivery address. Should have it set to enter address first and then show available for that area.
My sister sent a picture of the flowers she received and there were a lot less flowers than what were pictured in the item I ordered. She received a vase with two types of flowers, but in the order picture, there are 4 types and different colors. Also one of the types hadn't opened and I'm not sure they will or not. My experience is unopened blossoms on cut flowers often don't open. But I'll have to ask her to confirm that. Really disappointing that it didn't come as pictured with the 4 difference varieties of flowers.
I find the price expensive for the Roses my wife received.

Everything that i wanted to send, you said it couldn't be sent to that zip code, so i had to settle for something less. Now you have sent the wrong bouquet and have to send another one.
I ordered the bday cake flowers for my daughters bday. They were not like what was shown in pic. They had no bows no candles and were very plain. I called the company and they were going to send new flowers but its not the same experience as being surprised on your bday with beautiful flowers. Very disappointing.

I ordered per the photo when the photo of the delivery was sent to me by the recipient the little stuffed bee with the nurse's hat which was to be part of the arrangement was nothing more than a cardboard bee on a stick...
