I was surprised by the $14.99 service/handling fee suddenly appearing on my order detail. I was not expecting that.

It was easy to shop on your site and there were no problems with the order or delivery, but I was so disappointed with the floral arrangement that was delivered. It was not even close to what I had ordered. There was no greenery in the arrangement at all, which in your picture made the white flowers stand out. The arrangement delivered to the funeral home was nothing more than a few white flowers in a clear vase. I didn't mind the price I paid for a funeral arrangement but the arrangement delivered was definitely not worth what was paid. I had ordered the flowers for someone else and am embarrassed that they think that is what I ordered. Just very, very disappointed.

I love your products but the price is terribly high. For a low income family trying to send flowers three states over is very expensive. Although the delivery time was awesome...the flowers were not what I expected for 65 dollars. I was quite disappointed.

Your email tells me the flowers were delivered, however I have not heard from the reciepent so am not totally sure that they arrived, but I have no reason to doubt that they did.
I ordered flowers that were shipped which I was unhappy about. I needed them delivered from florist because person receiving them is disabled. I was contacted by customer care so hopefully I should be receiving a full refund but it has not shown yet on my card.

I paid for the deluxe and could of gotten better flowers from the grocery store for the price, they tried to deliver them a day earlier then Iltje date I asked for
I was very very disappointed in the so called same day delivery option. It said if you order before 2pm it will be delivered the same day. I needed it sent that day and unfortunately I was extremely disappointed to find out it was never sent and then on top of it all it wasn't delivered until the afternoon the next day. So upset will not use them again

Thanks to you, I was able to play off the whole day as if I already had our handled. Even though, I had just purchased these flowers 3 hours before their arrival! The price was very reasonable for having such a personal touch. Far less expensive than going to the store myself to buy flowers worth flaws. The gift was perfect and the flowers were so beautiful, I was actually very surprised that the deal included SAME DAY ARRIVAL! She loved them so much! I appreciate your business and WILL definitely shop with you guys again soon!
