This was exactly what I needed when I needed it! Perfect!
My mom received the flowers the next morning and loved them and sent me a photo as soon as she got them. I was very surprised because the vase was smaller and lower quality than the bouquet I selected online. There were only a few low-quality flowers in the bouquet - maybe half the quantity - as shown in the bouquet I ordered. I felt I should have paid $25 instead of $50 for this arrangement. A bit dissatisfied.

They were delivered a day late. They were marked as delivered on the track your order but had not been delivered. They did upgrade my flower arrangements and send a box of chocolates because of the delay with delivery
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
