I purchased flowers today for my boss' birthday and it was DEFINITELY not worth the money. The arrangement was full of greenery and very empty and it was supposed to be a Premium order. It was far from that. It was not full of color as the picture shown. I order flowers all of the time for people in the office, but decided to give FromYouFlowers.com a try...Big Mistake! So embarrassing! The only thing they got right was the delivery time, but I paid extra for that. This is my first and LAST time ordering from this company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
