I gave you 4 stars because the last time I ordered from you, you gave me a credit for $15.00 because you didn't deliver my order as promised (before noon). After I called you said it will be delivered no later than 4pm. It didn't get delivered until after 5 pm. You said the credit will be in my account. Now that I'm ordering again and wanted to use the $15.00 it's not in my account. I can't find the email you sent me, so I guess I'm s.o.l. You promised 3x and failed 3x.

Ordered for My mother on August 2nd for a next day delivery. I saw the flowers two days later and the flowers were dead and vase was way too small. Definitely not as pictured. This was my first order from this establishment and it will be the last. Very very very dissapointed!
