Service Fee too high
I was unable to edit my order without going out of the cart. That would have helped me keep my cost down at checkout. However, now that I've seen the delivered product I'm thrilled!
Wasnt what i expected for $70
I ordered from you because you advertised same day delivery.
I needed them sent to the Family due to a sudden death.
They did not arrive as promised on the day of the funeral.
They arrived the next day.
I was not happy.
I didn't like that I had to restart my order after I was already on the shipping portion. Which took off a discount I had, thankfully I remembered the code Google provided. Also, i tried calling the store about a question having to do with the order (when my order was cleared online) and no one answered the phone. Other than that, I'm pleased with the over all order.

I ordered flowers for same day delivery, I paid extra for same day. I tracked my order and by 6pm they still were not there. I called customer service and they could not answer any of my questions, just that they couldn't get a hold of the florist. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never order from this company again. They were extremely unprofessional and I was extremely disappointed. Do not order anything from them!

I placed an order to have birthday flowers sent to my friend. They were supposed to have been delivered the same day. I even called to confirm the time of delivery etc... then about 3:20 pm I received an email that they were not able to deliver my flowers until the following day. I was so upset and thought that this place functions so unprofessionally. Needless to say I cancelled my order and requested for a full refund. Now I have to scramble through town to get my friend a birthday gift and get it to her in which she lives over an hr away. I should have just listened to the previous reviews and ordered from somewhere else. Don't waste your time. They will tell you one thing and do another. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
I ordered some flowers I liked for my cousin's funeral. The first person I spoke to, who I placed the order with had a very heavy accent so it was a little hard to understand her. What's worse was she couldn't understand me and got the information that I gave her wrong, from my email address, to my last name, to the street name of the funeral home. I got off the phone with her not knowing about the errors but I never received a confirmation email from them. I called back the second time and the other representative told me about the spelling in my email and last name. I thought I had the spelling corrected and was going to receive my email confirmation but I had to call the third time. I spoke to the third rep and I kept asking him to spell me the info that I thought I corrected and asked him for the confirmation email. Well I received the email (finally) and when I went to the funeral home, I have to admit the flowers were beautiful (that's why I'm giving them a 3 at the most) but became angry quickly when I saw in the card that they never corrected the spelling on my last name. Next time, I'd rather pay the extra buck and go to a florist personally to order flowers rather than to go through this again. It's not really worth it.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
