I ordered the flowers from out of town, for a birthday surprise. The flowers were delivered to the hotel she's staying at, and were placed in her room during her working day.
When she walked into the room and saw them, she says they completely changed her mood for the entire day, and were the absolute BEST thing I could have done for her, from 700 miles away!

The flowers were put together beautifully, but the overall size was a little smaller than I had imagined... Also the $10 extra for 3 pieces of chocolate was ridiculous!

Don't like the 14 dollar handling fee when I spend so much
I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter in law on her first day at a new job. I paid extra for same day delivery. They arrived after the work day was over. She did not receive them on her first day at the new job. I received a refund for the guaranteed same day delivery but I was still very disappointed that the flowers were not delivered when they were promised. The whole point was for them to surprise her on her first day in the office. I was very unhappy that the flowers were not delivered until after she had left for the day.
I ordered the flowers for my sister-in-law in MO and I asked for same-day service. I was shocked when she received them literally within 1 hour of me ordering them on-line. She sent me a photo of them and they were gorgeous. I really got my money's worth out of that order. I was very pleased and she was surprised and loved them. She said it made her day when she received them. This is my second time using fromyouflowers and I continue to be pleased with their service and products.
