FromYouFlowers.com uses third party florists similar to FTD, etc...and quality and quantity of flowers in an arrangement may vary. The arrangement of daisies was okay but I think could have been a bit better considering the price.
The delivery was made but not sure where it was dropped off. Eventually the flowers were found. Overall it was a good experience and the customer service was GREAT! They responded to my inquiry and concerns immediately - that is very much appreciated.

This was a very fast service.
The delivery rep. Wound up having to call me to confirm some details of the order while he was at the delivery location. He was so so nice, accommodating, and patient. I think his name was Tom(?) and he was great.
I really didn't like having the $14 delivery charge added after I already gave my credit card info. It caused me to abandon my purchase at one point and shop elsewhere. When I ran across the same sneaky practice on two competitors sites, I gave up and purchased from you. Won't again. I will continue to search for a site that gives all this sort of information upfront in the future.
All said, the order did arrive in a timely fashion and I hear the arrangement was lovely.

So far everything is easy and hoping that delivery is a success if so I definitely would shop again and recommend in future.

Awful, I will never purchase flowers from here ever again. I also order for my company and I will never purchase "from you flowers".
These flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday for someones birthday, come to find out they weren't. I call today and the lady said she will upgrade my order and I just got a picture of them and they're ugly. Like a few yellow carnations and some little red flowers, I could have bought these at a grocery store for $5.00. Waste of money... DO NOT SHOP HERE save yourself the trouble. I will post on Facebook and Instagram too just to get the word out.

Very upset with the arrangement that was sent to a co-worker. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture and had very little in it not worth the money at all. When you place an order on line you trust that the arrangement will look for the most part like the picture. So sad that you all take advantage of people. Will never use this web site again and will make sure people in the Corporation know what an upsetting experience I had.
The roses were white not yellow. Flowers were smaller than expected. I probably could have gotten the same arrangement at the lower price.
