Flowers were ordered in England on Friday for delivery to a New York address on Saturday. The website was easy to use, the ordering process went smoothly and the flowers were delivered on time. The recipients are happy and, judging from a photo they sent, the flowers look even better in reality than they did on the website! Very impressed.

I was offered free shipping but this discount was not applied at payment checkout? But the firm refunded an amount to make it free shipping. I understand it was not their fault but on line was confusing with 2 discounts being available

I ordered these for my granddaughter 18th birthday because what they showed for a bouquet was a really beautiful and full. What she received was 3 Lilly's, 2 Rose's and a couple of small green sprigs. I am very disappointed.
I got a notice that my order had been delivered. It hadn't been delivered yet, and came about an hour after the "your order was delivered" notice. I chatted with customer service and they said they'd get back to me (this was before it was actually delivered, obviously) but I never did hear back from them as they said I would. The flowers were a much smaller bouquet than was in the picture that I ordered and the vase was quite a bit different. I'm still satisfied, but think there could have been better accuracy on these details.
Only used the service twice but very pleased - and more importantly, the recipients were very pleased with their floral arrangements. Quality, I'm told, was very good. I think it would be nice if they emailed you as the purchaser a photo of the arrangements when they are delivered so you know what actually was designed and received.
The florist did not send the item I ordered to my daughter in NY who recently broke her collar bone.
I called customer service and the product was redelivered only to be wrong again.
I reached out to customer service and I did get a partial refund which I appreciate but I will not be using this service again.

Too small and I even upgraded.I liked the flowers chosen but not the plants.It looked cheap I thought.I paid 70$ so I wanted something really nice that she could keep growing.I bet my mom thinks I spent 25$.I was impressed with how easy it was to order and very impressed that it arrived right on time.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
