I ordered what was supposed to be light pink Rose's as it was in honor of my new Granddaughter. Instead she received dark pink to red Rose's. When I saw them I have to admit I was disappointed.

Update: flowers were fresh, but did not look like the photo on website. Looked a lot smaller in person. For what I paid, I will buy & deliver myself next time.

These were a get well gift for a friend and they are beautiful.
The actual delivered flowers did not look like the ones I ordered and I was a bit disappointed as I paid for the most expensive option. It was for a friends birthday so I do however appreciate that they could be delivered the same day as I forgot to plan ahead.

The flowers that were delivered not only did NOT look like what was pictured during my purchase, but they were wilted & mangled ontop of that.

Website was a little lacking. The flowers delivered were not completely open. After a lengthy conversation with one of your reps, I learned my order could not be filled, they didnt have the same flowers, they didnt have the teddy bear, or any balloons. I gave the go ahead for the florist to do their best with what they had, and the following day received an email stating there was no florist available to deliver to the zip code for my order. I'm glad you guys have the ups delivery option, but maybe you shouldn't do business with whatever florist you partner with in Georgetown texas.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
