Sent Deluxe fruit basket as a gift. Was rather disappointed in the presentation and bare look of the overall basket. Good news is that fruit looked fresh. However, website is very deceiving, as it does not delineate the difference in content of what to expect for each price level (regular vs deluxe vs premium). Each choice, regardless of selection, carries the same description for the Premium package. The Deluxe basket, one step down, was not even close to the look or content of the Premium. Overpriced for what was received, plus additional 25% shipping fee.

NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURED PRODUCTS! Especially the roses, which were a full lush bouquet with Iris. The actual product was a few roses with a few scrawny wildflowers. Quite disappointing...

I sent these flowers to a dear friend as a birthday gift. She was thrilled with them. The picture sent to me looked nicer than the on-line picture.

The add on charges make me think twice. A $14.99 delivery charge was taken off when I refused to place order but the $9 discount from Google was added back in. Still, I paid more and all I can say is the recipient better love it!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
