I ordered flowers for my grandmother who is sick. Delivery was very quick same day however she didn't receive the flowers I picked and paid for and the card didn't read as to what I said. They also delivered her 2 sets of different flowers. Neither one looks like what I ordered. And again that card was also different from my saying and the first card. Disappointed that I'm States away and she couldn't get what I asked for. I live in GA she lives in VA I couldn't be there for her so I thought beautiful flowers would help her.

I love this website but was a bit disappointed that flowers I sent were just left on the porch of the recipient. They were not home when the flowers were left and did not get home until rather late that evening. Like many people they drive straight into their garage and enter the house from the garage.
Had they not had glass panels in their front door they would not have even seen the flowers. I thought that by providing the recipients phone number that when they did not answer the door they would have been contacted to say they was a delivery waiting. In this unfortunate day and age of so much 'porch' theft it seems that would have been the thing to do.
