I am not pleased with my order. My friend sent a pic of her gift to say thank you, but when I saw what she received I was very disappointed. The plant was nothing like what was in the picture and frankly looked like crap in my opinion. I am very disappointed, especially after paying the price I paid.

I ordered two of the exact same arrangement of flowers. One for my Mother in St Augustine FL, the other one for my daughter in Palm Bay FL. My daughters arrangement, by far, was the nicer one. Her's was full of beautiful flowers gorgeously arranged. Unfortunately my Mom's looked like it was thrown together in the smiley face cup. My daughters was so full, I don't think another flower could have been put in there, while my Moms was sparse, it had absolutely no symmetry, white bunched on one side, hardly any on other. My Mom received two roses (2 different shades of yellow) while my daughter received five! WHAT? I'm kind of disappointed with the one sent to St. Augustine, especially since I felt my Mom needed the cheering up more.
It is easy to use the website, easy to make changes and easy to pay. Being able to have flowers delivered on Saturday & Sunday is another plus. Reasonable prices too.
