Simple and quick to order and recieve. I liked the call when it was delivered. The only things wrong was my wife's name was spelled wrong and the flowers recieved looked old and not as fresh. Still beautiful though.
Please don't make promises you can't keep. I really wanted to get my order to my recipient yesterday. It's just disappointing. You should have a practice that alerts the customer if the order is placed after a certain time, it won't be delivered that day.

The lilies did not last even a day. All other flowers are fine, but had to pull the lilies out this morning and throw them away. It still looks nice, but I paid for the lilies too.

Im very disappointed in the fact that i placed an order with them as a surprise for my wife that was supposed to be delivered 08/13/17 but without informing me they delivered it and she wasnt even at work. I feel if they aren't open on sundays then you shouldn't have a selection for sundays on their delivery dates section. What if neither of us was at work not to mention once i told their delivery guy my address he said they dont deliver to Easley this was the worse experience I've ever been involved in and ill never spend my money with them again
Easy & quick. 1st time ordering. Hopefully the flowers look as good as the picture! Flowers were very nice but arrived late in the evening and were left outside overnight. The recipient didn't find them until the next morning. Delivery is supposed to be by 6pm.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
