I ordered the "You're In My Heart" floral arrangement for my wife for our 3rd anniversary on 8/11 to be delivered at her work on 8/16. I selected the "premium" arrangement and it was visually clear that they delivered the "regular". When I called customer service, they informed me that they could NOT re-deliver my order that same day - our anniversary. Curious, fromyouflowers.com prides itself on "same day delivery" on its website. I explained to the customer service rep that my wife would NOT be at work the following day and gave her our residential address TWICE, so they would delivered to my wife - day AFTER our anniversary - at home. So the next day, they're delivered again at her work, which I explained to the rep the previous day that she would NOT be there... TWICE!
I haven't saw them yet but my daughter said they are very pretty and enjoyed the surprise,

I was sent the wrong order. The flowers looked nothing like the online picture. I was expecting purple roses and got sunflowers. I also paid extra for the "deluxe" bouquet and was highly disappointed. I called to complain and was assured the problem would be taken care of then the flowers were delivered to the wrong address.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
