I sent for flowers for my mother. They arrived in a box on her doorstep...not in the vase... the vase was included...No one called to confirm my mom was home nor did they ring the doorbell. They could have stayed there for hours if not days, She said the flowers were in OK condition when she got them, but she had to cut the stems and put them in the water herself. I will probably try to get them more locally next time. They did arrive within the timeline the the flower company said.
I would echo other reviews: the service/handling fee at the end is a surprise, to use a euphemism. Otherwise I'd have given higher ratings.

My friend was not home the first delivery attempt, but they made sure they delivered them later. They were left on her porch the 2nd time... it worked out as she was home shortly. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
