I thought a $60.00 snack gift basket would have been a little bigger since I ordered the largest one. Overall still pleased/satisfied.
The price was good but the delivery confirmation was not inputted in time which made it seem like the flowers weren't delivered to the funeral on time. I called customer service and was informed that they were indeed delivered to the funeral home on time but not inputted by the florist to show delivered. So I was relieved but still it was a stressful experience that will make me reluctant to use the service again. The price was good and the flowers were beautiful. So perhaps it was just a busy florist forgetting to seal the deal.

My biggest concern was that it would arrive on time. I ordered it in the a.m and my cousin received them at 2 pm which was perfect! She took a pic and sent it to me. We were both so very happy. The flowers were exactly what was shown; they were so beautiful. Everything turned out great. I was shopping on another site and the prices were just outrageous. I couldn't have asked for anything more or better.

I placed order to be delivered to my Bf's work for a surprise on his birthday of Sept 1...and it was delivered August 30th, in which he was not at work and called by his employer and told about the delivery, which in turn ruined the surprise,,,,,my confirmation on delivery is correct for Sept 1st...the item was then picked up by the florist and taken back, to be delivered on Sept 1...however, the element of surprise was now wrecked...not a happy shopper...
My daughter received the "cake" at school - she is a 2nd grade teacher, and said EVERYONE commented how beautiful it was. She loved it - said "it was simple, but beautiful!". No frilly lace, but it was on a pedestal tray and large candles. Loved it and will send it again!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
