The flower arrangement sent was a disappointment. It looked nothing like the picture presented in the advertisement - no greenery, no soldago, no raffia. There were a few yellow unimpressive blooms thrown in. This was for a 50th wedding anniversary (i.e., gold tones), and it was an extremely sad version of what I thought I had purchased.

Applying a 20% discount to the listed price and then telling me that I've received a 20% discount strongly implies that I would be receiving a further 20% on top of the discounted price. I was disappointed to find that there was only a single 20% discount at the final order review stage. I feel that this was deliberately misleading and disrespectful me as a customer. Other than this, the whole experience was straightforward and user-friendly. However, the disingenuous information about about the price reduction seriously affected from an otherwise very positive customer experience.
The flowers looked great and were delivered in a timely manner but the person who wrote the card misspelled my name. I checked to make sure it was spelled correctly when I ordered the flowers and it was.
The order processing was great. I paid $3.00 extra same day service. I ordered mid-late morning. The flowers were delivered at 9:30 in the evening! That was embarrassing to me that someone rang their doorbell that late at night! The next day my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement. It did not look like the arrangement I had ordered & did not look pretty like the photo on the website. I was very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
