Not only was the expensive fruit basket not delivered when promised, but I received a confirmation saying it had been delivered. Had my sister not been expecting it, I never would have known that it didn't arrive. Furthermore, I have been given no explanation whatsoever as to why it wasn't delivered when promised. I am very unhappy with this purchase and do not plan on using this company again. Get it together. If you can't deliver, don't agree to do so! And certainly don't lie and say it was when it wasn't!

It was great to be able to have the flowers delivered on Sunday but they were delivered while my mom wasn't home. I had to tell her to look on her front porch and that spoiled the surprise. Otherwise everything was fine.
