Well I ordered premium flowers and they look very sad. Not even in the galvanized tin can that was pictured and that was one reason I ordered them.

I wish i would have read the reviews prior to ordering! I paid extra to have something delivered same day for a birthday. Birthday comes, goes... no basket. I call and they cant reach the store who was to deliver. So the next day im told they would give me the premium basket and it WOULD be there that day. Even though I was already mad, I wanted my mom to have her basket! THEN I get an email saying they cant deliver for another 1-3 days. WTF? I call them... am told they have nobody to deliver it. Are you kidding me? WHY say something is being delivered that day if you have nobody to deliver it? I wasted two days and numerous phone calls trying to work this out only to end up having to fuss for a refund. Should have just spent the $20 the $60 was worth and shipped it usps. Even as slow as they are they arent THIS bad.

Ordered before and was pleased with the local florist you used I always check with the recipient to see if what I ordered was satisfactory. 9/6/17 spoke with the recipient of the flowers and she was pleased with the arrangement. These were sent to her home due to the death of her mother wanted to in someway provide her with a ray of light.
Easy to use however misleading regarding actual price after shipping and handling.
Specifically only looked at flower arrangements that were available for delivery on our anniversary date, which was Labor Day, picked one and ordered and paid for it only to be noticed two days later that the florist would be closed that day and thus the flowers could be delivered two day early or a day late, we choose a day late and they promised to include a note apologizing for their late delivery as well as a discount, and they didn't actually fill either of those two promises.
The plants were beautiful. The receiver described it as a generous, pretty gift.

The order process was so easy and the arraignment arrived when requested, the flower shop that filled the order called to confirm that it had been left, and where it was left, because no one was home. Very happy with the service i received! I had issues with Proflowers in the past which was why i choose this service. Couldn't be more satisfied!

The flowers were for a good friend of mine, her husband passed away. I sent the flowers for her and the kids. They were such beautiful flowers and they arrived on time, I'll order from this site again.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
