I placed the order yesterday afternoon. The order was delivered around 5:30 PM the next day. I received this email to see how I liked my delivery. The basket had not even been delivered yet. I called two times to make sure it would be delivered. I was told it would be delivered by 4 pm. The delivery person in Albuquerque called me and said no one was home. He had the wrong apartment number. Luckily, I figured it out. Otherwise he was leaving it on the patio of the wrong apartment.

I had no difficulty selecting the bouquet and filling out the order. I was surprised to see a $14.99 service/handling fee added to the bill. I did not see when ordering that this fee would be added on.
Perhaps this could be made clearer. The person who received the flowers said they were beautiful.

The service charge is outrageous!
If this order is not "deluxe" like I was charged for, there will be a problem. What was the point of shopping local!
The recipient has since received the flowers. They are beautiful, although not too large; I'm glad I did not order the small size. I received a promo, which was good since it offset the inflated service charge, and I was able to order another arrangement for my granddaughter. I hope those are as pretty as the previous ones.

Just wish there was a larger coupon to apply to this order. This order was sent to someone else and I just talked to her and she said the flowers were beautiful! She said they also called before the delivered them, which was very nice.
