Was very satisfied with the product and service however I was not happy being misled by the free shipping ad at the beginning of the order only to be charged a "handling fee" at the end of checkout.
Shopping and checkout was very easy. The flower arrangement was beautiful and arrived at the funeral home as promised.
I placed an order 3 days in advance and paid extra to ensure delivery on specific date. The day of delivery I received an email saying they could not fulfill delivery. Do not waste your money.
It would have been fine until 3 of my dogs were allowed to escape when the delivery person came to the wrong door.
This was first time shopping with this vendor. I'll have more feedback after delivery is made.
