My wife tells me the anniversary flowers are beautiful. Fresh and full. And they were delivered well before end of day which was great.
The stargazers were a little beat up and bruised and the colors were not the same as pictures but I was really happy with the ease of purchase, pricing and the delivery speed. I really wish that one prominent lily wouldn't have been ripped, but it gave the arrangement some character? Overall, I was happy with my purchase.

I was expecting a slightly larger set of roses for the price I paid. Overall satisfied. I simply wished that the photos were more accurate or that the bouquet was bigger.

I have a credit of $11.73 and no way to add it to my order. The roses I ordered were lavender. Purple is my Grandmother's fav color. The roses delivered were a pink color. Pretty yes. But not what I ordered.
An additional, exhorbatant, $15 fee for handling. Horrible. I will tell everyone about my experience. "Beautiful flowers, but they stick it to you at the end of billing, after you've made all your choices".
The bouquet wasn't really what I ordered. They changed the flowers and the colors so it really wasn't the one I'd picked out. Very disappointing.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
