The product that I received was not the product I was advertised as buying. The price I paid was way too much for the product I received which was nothing like what I was shown online. I also added items to my purchased that were not delivered. Overall, I was very disappointed with the product I received from this company. There was false advertisement and lack of product fulfillment.

Very disappointed in the flowers bouquet was much smaller than what was shown on your website and they were very expensive for what she received. Very, very disappointed these were a gift sent to my daughter for her 26th birthday.

My order did not arrive until 3 days past the delivery date. I had to contact the company to rectify the matter. Responses were quick and efficient. I received a gift voucher which I may use. The recipient of my gift was pleased with the package.
I will probably use,this service again.

The bouquet which was delivered to my daughter was not as depicted on website. I know it may not be a fair comparison, but I could have purchased 2 dozen roses locally for the same price and had a bouquet one would be proud to display. The bouquet of flowers my daughter received should be an embarrassment for fromyouflowers.com!
