I am on hold right now with from you flowers, so far conversation has lasted 22 minutes (mostly me on hold while she looked up information and trying to get a manager). I ordered a congratulations balloon bouquet that included 6 mylar balloons. What was delivered were 2 mylar balloons, 5 latex balloons. The bouquet was sent to my son at school who has a LATEX allergy, which is why the mylar balloons were chosen. The customer service rep said they only had 2 mylar balloons and had to complete the order by using the latex balloons. No call asking if this is ok, no change to my amount, they are offering me a 15% credit. I never thought I would have to tell them to make sure they fill the order with what I ordered. The entire amount should be credited along with a written apology that they sent something that my son is allergic to. I have asked to speak with a manager...thus the extended hold. NEVER will I use this company again!

You should give total price before you ask for payment. You never applied the 14.95 until I added PayPal info, felt like you hid that from me.
I order the same day bouquet so they would be there when my mother in law came home from NC on her birthday. They were not shipped till the next day.
Only suggestion would be to block the delivery date that cannot happen instead of sending in the immediate delivery date charge and then getting a credit message for it

Probably the absolute worst experience I have ever had with ordering flowers and with customer service! They advertise "same day delivery" all over their website, and it is a total scam! I ordered two bouquets to be "same day delivery". They did deliver one bouquet the same day, however... they weren't the same flowers I ordered! I picked purple and pink roses. They sent red roses with pink carnations! The other bouquet was never delivered. I didn't receive any update or email stating why they weren't delivered. I have called customer service 2 times and both times they said they couldn't figure out why the flowers weren't delivered. When I said I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund they said they couldn't cancel it without knowing why they weren't delivered! So now, I'm out 50 dollars! After paying almost ten dollars extra for the expedite shipping fees! DON"T ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have used fromyoufowers before...it's always easy to place my order and they arrive on time.
I would have liked to know shipping cost before the very last step of placing the order. Almost didn't go through with the order because the high shipping cost caught me by surprise.
The product received was not the same as what was pictured. I chose a flower arrangement that was suppose to come in a "gift" of a yellow smiley face coffee mug. Instead, the flowers came in a clear vase. I specifically chose that arrangement because of the gift and am not pleased that it was delivered without it. Besides that, the flowers were beautiful and as pictured.
I was surprised to see $15 service fee after i entered my card info. I expected that clarification to be made before i enter my card info like in the other websites. Not too happy about that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
