I place two orders one for delivery in Adrian, Missouri. It was very small, no roses as pictured an unlik the pictured size or quality(lilly's, mums, status). The order for Kansas City, Missouri I was very satisfied. Beautiful arrangement roses as pictured in the ad. Much nicer arrangement than the one sent from Adrian. The one to Kansas City was for my mother's 94th Birthday and she is quite well versed on types of flowers and was always a gardener. The arrangement had a few she didn't recognize so she was on a mission to identify what type of flowers those were.

Delivery was excellent. Delivered when expected. Was a little disappointed on the size of the arrangement but I know looking at pictures is always difficult. Next time I would upgrade to premium.
Shipping and handling little high, I paid for same day service, did not show up till next day.
I got a refund for same day service, which was 2.99, but shipping and handling was 14.99, should have been refunded that too. That would have made it right.

Flowers were left outside house & family said no one rang the door bell. Flowers were not fresh!

A far as delivery everything was great. I was a little disappointed with the overall arrangement. Not enough flowers. Looked a little skimpy.
I think the delivery charge is just a little high. I can't comment on the quality, because it was delivered to someone else, and of course they are not going to tell me the flowers were not pretty.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
