Hard to navigate for sending to recipient and for billing...wouldn't let me edit my phone number.
Did not say anything about a shipping and handling charge in the order part. Will not use this site again.I should have just used a local florist prices would have been the same thought i was gettting a deal on here.my order was nothing like the picture. It was not even close to what the picture looked like. Picture showed 8 roses i only got 4 and i ordered the upgrade. Don't waste your money on this site.
The Flowers were Besutiful and delivered the same Day as promised.
The reason I rated 4 out of 5 stars is because my wife received her gift but the balloon burst in transit. I paid for something I didn't receive. It's not a negative comment because she was very happy with her package, just disappointed in the failure to have her Happy Birthday balloons. You have not been given the opportunity make it right because it was yesterday.
Shopping was easy hopefully delivery will be good to.
The flowers were for my future daughter - in - law who lives in Massachusetts and I live in Indiana. My son said she was blown away, the flowers were so beautiful! I will always go to this company for my floral needs and I order flowers for a funeral and they were beautiful
This is the second order I've ordered from fromyouflowers.com that has had MAJOR discrepencies in descriptions given and product delivered. I am so disgusted with the quality of the arrangement that I am debating a chargeback on my credit card.
I hadn't ordered flowers from this company for quite some time, due to the quality of the last few shipments. This just illustrates the site has no quality control. They should look at my account and see how frequently I used to order compared to now. FTD at least has some safeguards.
I look forward to hearing back.

Same Day delivery was great, the flowers were wonderful but not exactly what was listed on the site. My only issue was the added on $15 fee for processing, that seems a little high for the service. I could have called a local shop and received a better price, but for my circumstance this site worked wonders.
