This is for her 90th Birthday so I hope the plant with fresh flowers is especially nice!
I thought the bouquet was rather sparse, compared to the picture presented on the Internet. It was pretty, but it was not beautiful, as I had hoped. I was disappointed, but did not want to relay that to the recipient.

Paid for same day delivery in the morning to my wife's office for her birthday. You guys didn't deliver the same day. Some receptionist had to sign for it and my wife will be out of the office for a few days. I will definitely not be using your service in the future. I would have been ok with price point, but messing up the delivery and her not being able to get them for a few days completely ruined that and has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Flowers arrived with no water and a lot of them died the next day. I also expected a delivery much earlier than 5-6om. We needed the flowers there at 3pm. My boss was not happy. Therefore I am not either! I called and told you guys this was for a 20 year Anniversary and it made no difference. This is the second time I ordered from your company and it will be my last as both times have not been good experiences. As a business professional I expect quality and that simply is not what we got.
