GREAT PLACE TO ORDER FLOWERS FOR OUT OF TOWN PEOPLE.
Ordering was very quick and easy. When saw the flowers after delivery, they were not the same as ordered. Looked completely different. Peace lilies were substituted with pink carnations, and basket was ceramic bowl. These made it hard to pinpoint our flowers when we got to site of delivery. The peace lilies were one of the big reasons bought the arrangement, but they were omitted. Otherwise, a decent product.
Way overpriced.
I selected the 4 hour window.
Called to get a status update - was told that i didnt end up paying the extra $4 for the earlier delivery and i wasnt given an accurate window, but was told that they would arrive by 6pm.
They arrived after 6pm.
Flowers received are horribly less than the picture showed. I emailed in for resolution and you all say the pictures i have of what was received is okay. Horrible setting of expectations.
The flowers didn't look like what it did online but still prettty
I didn't realize until after the order that you couldn't pick a delivery time frame. This should be included when placing the order. Also the flowers arrived, but were not anything like the picture on the webpage. I ordered the red roses with some red flowers mixed in. However, what arrived was red roses with white flowers mixed in. I was completely disappointed in the service. I will use a local florist next time instead of this service. Also, this comment service won't let you put 1 star on everything otherwise I would.

I ordered a fruit basket with pineapple, a bunch of yummy candy and what got delivered was nothing that I ordered. It was a crappy basket, with no pineapple and one box of turtles which wasn't even pictured in what I ordered. They charged me 66.96 for this and I am very unhappy. They won't respond to my emails.

Service fee should be upfront. Weekend fee should also be up front. Waiting to disclose at checkout is not very good.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
