Why do I have to leave a comment. You should feel happy that I actually took the time to do the rest of the survey. I feel making someone write something is a waste of time and finally it is insulting. If I wanted to leave a comment I would.

The flowers I ordered online were nothing like the ones that were delivered. I ordered a sunrise boquet, and a person called me to tell me they would not be able to fulfill my request and asked if it would be OK if they substituted a florist choice boquet, assuring me it would be similar and beautiful. I said OK and asked if they could at least put yellow roses in the boquet, and the person said he would make a note of it. Well, there was not a single yellow flower in the whole boquet, which was my only request. Of course all flowers are pretty, and this arrangement was fine, but not what I wanted or ordered at all.

Great selections and great prices. I'm hoping the arrangement looks exactly the same as in the photo. The recipient was so please with her flowers; she phoned me and thanked me for the beautiful bouquet. She also told me that the flowers were so fresh and smelled so good; not like some that arrive and are droopy and brown. She was very please with her gift.

I was taken back by the $15 handling fee. Wish this was noted in the delivery fee.
Having said that, the bouquets were lovely, the delivery was timely without extra fees, and I didnt have to worry. My daughter was thrilled, said the arrangement looked like something I would make - and that was what I needed it to be.

I was somewhat disappointed in my experience

I was somewhat disappointed in my experience. My Mother broke her back and was in a different town hours away. She had to have back surgery the day I ordered. I paid extra for same day delivery so they could be there when she woke up. Apparently they tried to deliever on the day I requested but she was still in surgery and wouldn't leave the flowers with her nurse. I never saw language that there was a rule about that. I never received an email either that a delivery had been attempted so i was legt in the dark on wgat happened. I reached out to customer service the morning after the scheduled delievery. She told me what had happened and said the would be delivered as soon as possible. My Mother said it didnt get delivered until around 3pm and the ladies didnt really talk to her, they dropped off the bouquet and didn't offer to unwrap it for her so she said she has not seen it yet because her back is broken and cannot open the package and doesn't want to bug the nurses. It was really stressful and unfortunate. I am not sure the quality because it is still wrapped but she did say it looks big.

The banner that I paid an extra $5 was very very poorly done - it was handwritten instead of looking like all the other banners that were at the funeral. I didn't spend $110 on flowers to have a cheap looking banner placed across them. Very disappointed

So far easy to order, great things to pick from!

Unfortunately the order arrived, it looks absolutely nothing like the gift basket I actually ordered and paid for. I sent a picture of what I ordered and what I received side by side.

Their grand solution to rectify the situation? 35% refund. How that helps that the gift was not what was ordered nor even something I would bother with mystifies me, but that's their response. I think I will switch back to the company I normally use. Switching things up a bit didn't work out so well.

Excellent selection of flower bouquets but the fact of trying to trick you into a subscription at the end is sneaky. Have to check a box to NOT sign up, very fine print at the bottom. Poor business practice in my opinion.

I ordered the florist's choice bouquet to send to my sister for her birthday. It was delivered on time and was beautiful! She loved them and sent me a picture of the arrangement. Very pleased! Will order from you again!

Everything was great. The picture of the flowers on line were very full and beautiful but when my daughter received them they weren't full at all! She was pleased but I was not! I put in a complaint and was taken care of! All is good now! Thank you!

These flowers were for my sister on her 75th birthday. I ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful arrangement of flowers. My sister received the order and there was only three flowers in the bouquet with greenery in a vase with a balloon. That's NOT what I paid for. I called your customer service and they would not send out a new arrangement unless they picked up the old one. Basically I would have had to inconvenience my sister and have her waste her time waiting for the florist to arrive with a new set of flowers so she can give the other ones back. That's ridiculous! I was offered a 30% discount and some gift certificates which to me are useless as I will NEVER use your service again. The flowers you sent made me look like I sent a cheap bouquet and I actually spent $61.00 which was not cheap! I am VERY disappointed!
